Lavender Composites’ in-house equipment and expertise extends to CNC profile cutting of composite sandwich panels and GRP laminates for applications such as RV and truck body flooring and walls, bus flooring, marine bulkheads and other solid laminate parts. Using the right tools and processes we ensure an accurate, clean cut on a multitude of materials.

Our large CNC router allows us to handle wide (up to 3 metres) and long lengths (up to 7.6 metres) of material. Nesting software optimises material consumption when cutting multiple pieces from a single panel or laminate.
