Release Agents
Lavender Composites stocks a wide range of Marbocote semi-permanent release agents, produced by Europe’s leading manufacturer Marbo. These are tailored for release of components made from thermosetting resins including: polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic, epoxy, and BMI. These semi-permanents can be used in a wide range of processes including: open mould wet lay up, resin infusion, vacuum bagging, autoclave, and RTM.
Marbocote semi-permanent release agents offer the following properties:
- Multiple release
- Release at temperatures up to 475°C
- No mould build-up
- No transfer onto mouldings
- Labour saving due to multiple release capability
- Lower mould maintenance costs.
