Alternatively, pre-existing digital ply patterns can be supplied to us or the client can provide us with physical patterns for digitising. The digital ply patterns are then nested, optimising the layout to ensure minimal wastage while ensuring correct fibre orientation. The pieces are then cut using an accurate CNC cutter and labelled according to the digital pattern.
